The coliving
Vivarium is located in a beautifully renovated 19th-century building in the heart of Valencia, where we live and work. Our space boasts over 800 sq. meters of common areas and private rooms, designed to encourage collaboration and foster focused work.
Our neighborhood
The vibrant neighborhoods of Eixample and Ruzafa are home to a diverse mix of long-time residents and newcomers. Our area offers a wide array of authentic coffee shops, exceptional local cuisine, art galleries, music bars, vintage boutiques, cozy bookstores, and fitness studios.
Within a 5-minute walk from Vivarium, you'll find over 9km of gardens along the old riverbed, which has become central to the city's life and culture, and is home to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A 10-minute walk will take you to the historical city center - a thousand-year-old neighborhood super rich in history and art.
And if you take a 15-minute bike ride, you'll discover El Cabanyal - a traditional fisherman's neighborhood by the beach, which is also home to the local innovation ecosystem.
Common areas
The building has three floors of coliving space, with each level featuring 8 rooms with a private bathroom and its own common areas, including living room, fully equipped kitchen, terraces, and laundry area.
The house has plenty of corners from which to work, and internet connection is great throughout the space. Additionally, Vivarium has a dedicated work area with individual desks, comfy office chairs, and meeting rooms.

We offer four room types, each with private bathrooms and a small work area for extra privacy. The rooms are fully equipped so you won't have to worry about logistics.
